At TT US, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a return authorization.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective wrappings are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
